Episode 1: Part 1

Redcap Teaches Middle School Math

Today, was just like any other day. It was going to be a normal 9-5 work day. I was prepared for the same boring routine. But, there was one student that tried to make my day unpleasant.

-Time: 12:00p, Day: Monday

Redcap: Good morning class.

Students: Yeaaaaaaahhhhhhh

Redcap: It is good to hear students excited about math.

Students: ...........................................

Redcap: uhhhhhhhhh.......ok.

Redcap: I hope everyone is prepared for today’s lesson on basic Algebra.

Redcap: I want you guys to turn to page 67 in your textbook.

Students: ...............................................

Josh: (I’m going to annoy this boring teacher.)

Josh decideds to throw a paper airplane to another student. Redcap does not notice the plane because she was looking at the textbook on her desk.

Students: ahahahhahahahahahahahahahahaha

Redcap: What is so funny.

Students:..............................................

Recap: ok I guess nothing was funny.

Redcap: The first thing that we are going to talk about today is the X and Y variable in algebra.
Redcap: Who knows the X and Y variable of algebra?

Students: ..........................................................

Josh: I know what the X and Y variable are used for.

Redcap: Ok, what is it used for.

Josh: It is used for.

Josh: it is used for.

Josh: It is used for

Josh: It is used for.

Josh: It is used for X and Y.

Redcap: (this kid is trying to annoy me, I need to keep my cool.)

Redcap: What is your name?

Josh: Josh

Recap: Well Josh can you explain more.

Josh: Well.....you see.

Josh: you just have to......well....you

Josh: wait let me think for a minute

Students: hahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Recap: don’t laugh, josh is trying to anwser the question.

Josh: uhhhhhhhhhh

Josh: It is X and Y and it is letters for math.

Redcap: well...that is not the accurate definition but it is close enough.

Students: (small laughter)

Redcap: Ok, I will write some examples on the board.

Redcap writes the X variable on the blackboard in a equation.

Redcap: 6x + 5 equals Y.

Redcap: Now we use the X and Y varible in math equations to solve possible outcomes.

-Josh Decides to throw a paperplane at the teacher while the teracher writes on the black board.

Redcap: ..............................................

Redcap: ..............................................

Students: hahahahahahahahahah

Redcap: Ok

Redcap: who threw this uhhhhhh paper plane at the teacher.

Redcap: who threw it.

Students: ...........................................

Josh: (It was me you stupid bitch.)

Students: ........................................

-Recap looks at students very slowly. She wonders who would be stupide enough to give her a hard time. She decides that she let it go for now,.

Redcap: fine.

Redcap. Fine.

Redcap: Like I was saying about the two variables in algebra.

Redcap: We use the X and Y variable to determine the possible outcomes of an equation.

Redcap: In this equation of 6x + 5 equals Y, X equals 1 and Y equals 2.

Redcap: So what we have to do in order to solve this variable equation.

Redcap: We have to plug in the Variables of X and Y.

Redcap: Since we know the variables of X and Y.

Redcap: we write the equation like........................
Josh: CHYEEEAAAAAHHHH

Redcap: ......................................

Redcap: we write the equation like.................

Josh: Cheyeah Cheyeah

-Redcap turns around to see the person who said the word cheyeah. She starts feel a little hot headed. She is beggining to think that somebody in the math class does not like her.

Redcap: ok

Redcap: like I was saying

Redcap: we would write the equation like ......................

Josh: Cheyeah, Cheyeah, Cheyeah

Redcap: (who the fuck is doing that, ok i need to calm down.)

-Redcap breathes in and then decides to turn around to the class.

Recap: who keeps interupting class.

Students: ahahahahahahahahahah

Redcap: SHUT UP, who keeps interupting class. Tell me now.

Students: ...........................................................

Students: ................................................

Redcap: well................

Students: .........................

Redcap: no one wants to say huh

Redcap: I am going to continue teaching, if i catch the person that keeps interupting class, I will punish them severely,

Redcap: At this middle school I have the right to punish a student that is mis behaving if I catch them in the act.

Redcap: i will catch you whoever you are
Students: ..........................................

Redcap: now where was I

Redcap: Once we input the vaules of X and Y into the equation.

Redcap: we can determine a possible outcome for the equation.

Redcap: we........................

-Josh decides to throw a paper airplane at the teacher. But, the teacher has secretly decided to turn her recording function on her cell phone on. She pretending like she was checking her messages and decided to turn on the video recording function and make the lighting dim so the other students wouldnt notice.

Redcap: ...................................

Student: ahhahahahahahahahahaha

Redcap: ahahahahahahahahahah

Redcap: you know whats funny about this paper plane.

Students: ..............................................

Redcap: I know who did this.

Redcap: I had my recording function turned on with my cell phone.

Josh: (oohhhh shiit)

Redcap: You

Josh: me

Redcap: yes you

Redcap: come to the front of the class.

Josh: it wasn’t me.

Josh: it wasn’t me.

-Josh begins sweating and feel his head get hot.

Josh: no,
Redcap: no, well I see you on my cellphone recording throwing a paper plane.

Josh: uhhhhhh so what.

Redcap: so what.

Redcap: so what.

Redcap: so get your ass up here so you can be punished.

Josh:....................................................

Students: hahahahahhahahahahhaha

-Josh slowly walks to the front of the classroom.

Josh: Look I am really sorry and I........................

-Redcap hits josh with the blackboard before josh can finish the sentence.

Redcap: Now get the hell out my classroom, NOW.

-Josh looks at the teacher and then walks out the classroom with a sad look on his face.

Wak the Creator (Ethiopian Myth)
There is an Ethiopian myth that describes the origin of human behavior. There once was a creator God named Wak who created heaven and earth (Comete). Wak put heaven in a vault and separated it from the earth (Comete). Wak did not punish people because he did not know how to punish people (Comete). Also, in the Ethiopian myth there a man who was told to sleep inside a coffin for seven years (Comete). The man then became lonely and wished to never be alone again (Comete). The Ethiopian myth gives reasons for why a man does not want to be alone and why God does not punish people.
According to the Ethiopian myth, the origin of human behavior was created by a God called Wak (Comete). Wak did not punish people because he did not know how to punish people (Comete). In my opinion, If Wak was unaware of how to punish people, then people are free to do what they want to do. In addition, humans could commit bad acts and not receive punishment for them. Wak must of been a God that lets humans do what they want to do. In my opinion, the Christian God is no better than Wak because they both let humans do what they want to do. In the living world, humans do not have a supreme being keeping them in order. Humans have to punish other humans to keep order and balance. The Ethiopian myth suggests that the reason humans can choose to be disobedient is because Wak does not punish humans.
In the Ethiopian myth, a man does not want to be alone because he was alone for a long time. The creator God Wak told man to build a coffin for himself (Comete). Man listened to Wak and decided to build himself a coffin (Comete). Then, Wak took the man and decided to put him inside the coffin for seven years (Comete). After seven years, Wak stepped on the coffin and opened it up (Comete). The man felt like the time he spent in the coffin was only a couple of minutes (Comete). The man then became tired of living alone, so Wak took some of his blood and made a woman for man (Comete). In my opinion, this myth suggest that the reason man is tired of being alone is because man has been alone for a long period of time. Also, I think man does not want to live by himself anymore because a man by himself does not notice what day it is.
The Ethiopian myth gives reason to why some humans are disobedient and why man does not want to be alone. The reason humans can choose to be disobedient is because the creator God Wak does not know how to punish humans (Comete). The reason why man does not want to be alone is because man was living alone for a long time. In conclusion, the Ethiopian myth is a story that explains concepts that cannot be explained in modern ways. I believe that science and math only tell how something is made, but it does not tell why something is made. The Ethiopian myth gives humans a possible answer as to why the world we live in today is the way it is now.

beverly hills fat ninja comment...............(movie)(review)

-written by tgthewriter1

(Final Draft) critigue of article, Title: “Farley Gets His Kicks / `Beverly Hills Ninja' earns style points and belly laughs”
The article “Farley Gets His Kicks/ ‘Beverly Hills Ninja’ earns style points and belly laughs” I believe is very funny. This article was written by Mick LaSalle and is a movie review of the movie “Beverly Hills Fat Ninja”. I found this article to be very funny and interesting to read. The first thing the writer mentions in his article is a 250 pound guy in a ninja outfit. I found this to be very funny because the idea of ninja being fat makes you think that the ninja is a joke. Another reason I believe that LaSalle’s article is very funny is because he mention’s a scene where the fat ninja tries to impress a woman walking into the dojo. A dojo is a place where ninjas train in self-defense. The third reason I think LaSalle’s movie review is very funny is because he mentions a scene where the fat ninja, which is an actor named Chris Farley, accidently finds himself in a strip club. I believe LaSalle’s movie review article of Beverly Hills Fat Ninja is very funny because he mentions funny scenes that I remember watching in the movie and he elaborates the scenes to show the hidden message or funny moment in the scene.
When the writer Mike LaSalle mentions a “250 pound guy in a ninja outfit.” and “That’s the movie’s one joke” I immediately start laughing. The concept that I was taught and I believe most people in the United States, was taught was that ninjas are supposed to be in great shape. The reason ninjas are supposed to be in shape is because ninjas have to do a lot of climbing and jumping which requires a body that is very fit. The writer also indicated something that automatically grabbed my attention and the attention of other readers. I think he stated something that makes you really think. LaSalle stated “why would they put a big guy in a ninja outfit?” I believe he wanted the viewer to realize that this ninja has got to be one of the most laziest ninjas that ever existed. Now, I watched the Beverly Hills Fat Ninja movie personally and I just now realized that the big ninja was doing a lot of lazy performances in the beginning of the movie. Those performances made me laugh hard but, I did not notice the actor was being lazy because of the image he was portraying on the cover of the movie. Mike LaSalle’s article is very funny because he addresses a concept that makes the reader understand the reason an overweight ninja exists in the movie (LaSalle, 1).
Another thing in the LaSalle’s article that makes me laugh is the scene where he mentions the big ninja trying to impress a woman. A woman comes to the dojo where the big guy is stationed looking to hire a ninja. In his article he says, “Pretending at an icy composure, he is, in fact, a flustered wreck, and he ends up taking the dojo apart.” I found this statement funny because sometimes men do try to be better than what they really are to impress a woman. I have seen many men do this and I have done it myself. The writer makes me think that it’s funny that men do this to impress girls. If you ever watch a friend of yours pretend to be bigger than what they really are, you find it to be very funny because you know it’s not true. The thought that the writer introduce reminds me and probably any man who reads this article is that its funny watch a man go through all the ridiculous stunts to convince a woman that he is the best for her  (LaSalle, 1).
The writer from the movie review of Beverly Hills Fat Ninja, also mentions a scene with the big ninja guy walking into a strip club accidently.  The says that the ninja “When the young ninja accidently finds himself onstage in a Beverly Hills strip joint, the kick is not just in watching Farley disintegrate into a wild man, it's in watching him struggle against his natural impulse.” The writer now addresses a moment when the ninja is embarrassed of his natural impulses with a woman this is probably very attractive. The image of this big ninja being embarrassed is enough to make me laugh and maybe someone else. But, the idea that the writer brings up also makes me think that sometimes we men have impulses that is hard to control. The writer mentions in his article that the big ninja turn into a while man after looking at dancers at a strip club. I guess the writer is saying his impulses turned him into a wild man but in a funny way. That is what the writer was trying to say in the article. Sexual impulse are very amusing to watch and experience in my opinion. But, sexual impulses are not always good to have because they can embarrass you. Although embarrassments be funny, you have to learn how to control it (LaSalle, 1).
I found this article that is written by Mike LaSalle called “Farley Gets His Kicks / `Beverly Hills Ninja' earns style points and belly laughs” to be very funny. The writer addresses new concepts in the movie that makes the movie more hilarious. The writer also mentions scenes that I find to be very funny because they remind me of things I experienced or remember seeing in the movie. This article in my personal opinion is very fun to read and I recommend anybody to read it, especially if they never seen the movie Beverly Hills Fat Ninja. This movie has plenty of funny moments and it introduces experiences a person might face
 in life.

Does the Capital Punishment Matter to Society? (philosophy)

(Credits):
-employer: Florida South Western State College
-written by tgthewriter1

Does Capital Punishment Solve the Problem?
Is capital punishment the solution for crime in a social society? Capital punishment can prevent a person that is convicted of murderer from committing more murders (Moore 62). In addition, it eliminates the possibility that a person will commit the same crime twice (Moore 62). On the other hand, capital punishment does not fix the pain that is felt by the murder victims (Cushing 30). The pain that is endured by the murder victims should be considered more than the person that was convicted of murder (Cushing 30). Furthermore, capital punishment does not always convict the criminals correctly (Haslet-Davis 31). Capital punishment does not provide a proper solution for crime prevention in a social society.
Capital punishment is capable of preventing a convict from committing a crime that is very destructive (Moore 62). Some crimes that a person commits are so severe that a society would consider using the death penalty as punishment. In the case of Edenfield vs. State, a person was convicted in the state of Georgia for rape and murder (Moore 62). The victim was a six year old girl and was badly abused (Moore 62). The state of Georgia considered the death penalty to be the most suitable choice of action for the perpetrator who committed this terrible act (Moore 62). Because the performance of the crime was so dreadful, the state decided to deny Edenfield a chance for parole (Moore 62). According to the testament of one of the jurors, who attended the trial for Edenfield vs. State, “…………I couldn’t consider the possibility of parole because it could happen again” (Moore 62). Clearly, the capital punishment was very acceptable in this situation. But, did the capital punishment make an example for others to follow or did it just kill one man for committing a crime to a child. There are many people who consider the capital punishment as a force to prevent more actions of violence from occurring but, some would suggest that it does not fix the problem completely.
Renny Cushing, a victim of murder, disagrees with the concept that capital punishment is necessary for preventing people from committing crimes because killing a person does not bring another person back. Cushing’s father and brother was murdered inside their own home (Cushing 30). Cushing experienced the pain and depression of losing someone you love. He had to go to a kitchen table and sit with two chairs that was empty (Cushing 30). He thought about regret and getting revenge on the person that committed the crime (Cushing 30). But, he realize that killing the perpetrator was not going to fix the pain that he felt inside for losing his loved ones (Cushing 30). Cushing believes that when a person loses a loved one, they tend to dwell on the pain for such a long period of time that they forget about how much time has went by. They forget about what it feels like to live in the present (Cushing 30). Capital punishment does not end the pain that is felt by the victims of the perpetrator (Cushing 30). There are some actions committed by a person that can cut so deep that revenge cannot patch up.
Furthermore, Cushing also believes that the reason the capital punishment does not fix the problem of crimes being committed is because the victims of the crimes have needs that is not addressed (Cushing 30). The victims of crimes are often thrown back into criminal environments and live with this deep hole of sadness (Cushing 30). Then the victims spend large amounts of time being depressed for losing a loved one (Cushing 30). They forget about what the dead person did when they were alive (Cushing 30). The victims should be assisted with counseling in order to deal with their tragedy instead of sentencing the perpetrator to death for committing a very violent crime to another (Cushing 30). Capital punishment may cease the chance of a person to commit a terrible act of violence twice, but it will not fix the pain that the victims feels or bring the victim’s loved ones back (Cushing 30). The pain that is felt can cause that person to commit another crime. Capital punishment can stop a crime from happening by a single person, but cannot stop another person who was victimized from committing another crime. A person that was victimized by a crime might want to seek violence in order to obtain a sense of justice for a crime that he or she believes that a person was wrongly convicted of. In a sense, violence can only perpetrate more violence in a social society instead of preventing it with the use of capital punishment.
Capital punishment does not always punish the right criminals (Haslet-Davis 31). Capital punishment is often used in a social society to prevent actions from being created by a violent criminal, but if the punishment that was made on the person was not rightly convicted then nothing will be solved (Haslet-Davis 31). If a person was punish too severely for a crime, then the punishment is flawed. Most social societies today believe that the capital punishment is truthful (Haslet-Davis 31). However, there is no guarantee that the capital punishment will always kill the right criminal (Haslet-Davis 31). According to Virginia attorney Mark Earley, society is taught this concept that the death penalty is one hundred percent accurate in its conviction (Haslet-Davis 31). That concept is based on a false premise that was created in an imaginary utopian world (Haslet-Davis 31). The death penalty is not capable of preventing crimes from happening in a social society because sometimes the person that is being convicted is innocent (Haslet-Davis 31).
In fact, Texas considers the capital punishment to be nothing more than a failed experiment that was once used used to prevent crimes (Drehle 28). Texas, a state in the United States, is well known for using the capital punishment (Drehle 28). In the year 2000, almost 40 people were sentenced to death in the state of Texas (Drehle 28). Then in begging of the year 2015, 10 people were sentenced to death in the state of Texas (Drehle 28). This evidence of death sentences in the state of Texas would indicate that the death penalty is not preventing people from committing more crimes as social society is believed to be (Drehle 28). The death penalty seems to provoke more people to commit acts of violence either because people were sentenced wrongly or because the death penalty was not efficient enough for the criminals (Drehle 28). Due these statistics, states in United States are starting to abolish the death penalty (Drehle 29). According to the U.S. courts, the number of death penalties being carried over the past 20 years was around 72 which is the lowest number of death penalties in United States’ history (Drehle 29). The country of United States is mostly convinced that the death penalty is an ineffective tool for preventing crime in a social society (Drehle 29).
Can the capital punishment truly prevent crime from occurring in a social society? The capital punishment cannot prevent crime from occurring in social society. However, there are some crimes that are so dreadful and inhumane that a society should consider using the death penalty to ensure that a single person will not commit the same crime twice (Moore 62). Crimes that are as severe as raping a child should deserve a death penalty to ensure that the children in a social society do not have to endure the pain that their parents had to endure (Moore 62). On the other hand, the capital punishment does not stop people from committing crimes in a society. A victim of a crime is capable of committing a crime due to the pain that was caused by a perpetrator (Cushing 30). Pain can make a person become filled with regret and have a hole in their heart that can cause them to dwell on the past for a long period of time (Moore 62). Capital punishment does not fix the pain of the victims that have to eat at a table with two empty seats   (Moore 62). Capital punishment was never a solution to a crime. It was just a belief that if you take your revenge on someone, you will be better off in your own life (Cushing 30). The country of United States does not believe in using capital punishment as a way to prevent crimes in a social society (Drehle 29). The capital punishment is not an accurate method for punishment even though it is believed to be (Haslet-Davis 31). The capital punishment is an imaginary utopian concept that is used to give people that are living in a social society the idea that problems can be solved in black and white, but sometimes in a social society problems can be solved in white and black (Haslet-Davis 31). Is capital punishment really necessary? The truth, there is no yes or no answer for this question because some people need to die for their crimes and some people do not need to die because they do not deserve it.

Should death be quick?
Richard Radtke, the CEO of Sea of Dreams Foundation, considers assisted suicide to be an inefficient way of helping a patient with disabilities (Radtke 58). He believes that assistant suicide is just a method for ending a person’s life (Radtke 58). Further, assistant suicide is not a solution to make a person’s life more enjoyable (Radtke 58). Radtke agrees that a person with disabilities may want someone to end their life with the method of assisted suicide, but they should not choose that option (Radtke 58). Radtke is actually a person who once experienced the pain and frustration that comes with having a disability. Radtke was a football player and a husband, until he was diagnosed with a condition that would stop some of his bodily functions (Radtke 58). First, Radtke lost his movement in his legs. Then, his wife left him shortly because she did not want to deal with his disability (Radtke 58). Sadly, Radtke became very depressed and even had thoughts of suicide (Radtke 58). Day after day, he would have someone assist him in getting him out of the bed and in wiping his own buttocks (Radtke 58). Suddenly, Radtke felt a sense of loneliness that made his life seem like it was worthless (Radtke 58). But at the moment when he was about to consider assisted suicide, he decided that he will try to start a new life (Radtke 58). Radtke later found another wife and had a daughter (Radtke 58). He found a way to make his disability enjoyable without the help of assistant suicide.
Radtke believes that even a person with disabilities can find happiness (Radtke 59). After he experienced the hardships and events of living with a disability, he realized that as we get older we take losses (Radtke 59). According to Radtke, losing things is a part of life and should not have the desire to want death in the event that what we really want is lost (Radtke 59). We can look to the elders for words of wisdom when we lose something important to us but it will not bring the lost items back (Radtke 59). Radtke stated, “to travel through this “phase” in life. That was over 20 years ago, and I came through this phase “stronger” than ever (Radtke 59).” Although disibillities made Radtke feel a great amount of pain, he learned something that made him stronger (Radtke 59). Assisted suicide may be the quick answer to a painfull solution, but is it the right solution. In my opinion, sometimes we try to do things so fast, but we do not understand why we do the things we do because most of us do not want to answer the question. What am I am supposed to do with my life because I’m going to die one day? Radtke knew that his legs was forever gone, but he did not let that stop him from living because his disabled legs is what made his life better than it ever was. Assisted suicide may provide a quick solution to end a patient’s life that is experiencing pain, however maybe the patient needs to experience pain in order to see what life really is. Radtke, strongly believes that assistant suicide is not the correct form of practice for ending enormous pain because pain is what creates a new life (Radtke 59).

Uniforms Make Students Focus on School
All school-aged students should be required to wear uniforms in school because it makes students focus more on school and creates unity among the students. If students wear the same uniform, students will feel connected to the same team. Moreover, students that wear uniforms will focus less on their clothes and more on school work. On the other hand, some people believe that students should not be required to wear uniforms because uniforms limit individualism. Given these points, students should be required to wear uniforms in school because it helps students focus more on school and less on matters that do not relate to a student’s education.
If students wear the same uniforms, students will feel connected to the same team. Students that wear similar uniforms can see beyond the name brands clothes and logos (Ladha, 1). For example, a football player that wears a uniform knows that he is connected to a specific football team when he notice people who wear the same uniform. Students can see other students for true character and not for money status (Ladha, 1). Also, students wearing uniforms will eliminate social differences and bring students closer together (Bodine, 67). Uniforms eliminate a student’s way of noticing who is high class and who is low class (Bodine, 67). If students can not tell a person’s economic status, students will hang out with people because they have good character and not because they have a bunch of money. Uniforms often bring students together because students’ economic dress status is not present in school (Ladha, 1).
Moreover, students that wear uniforms will also focus less on distractions and more on school work. Students that wear the same uniforms tend to focus more on school because their mind is not distracted on who is wearing what (Ladha, 1). According to the President of Academy and School Association, students should wear uniforms to reduce distractions that might caused them to lose focus on school tasks (Parrish, 1). For example, if a student dresses like a rocker, then that student might get provoked from other students to play a guitar at school. Next, the student will start playing a guitar at school and this could cause student to focus less on school tasks. What a student chooses to wear to school can psychologically make a student focus more on school or less on school. Some single-gender schools report that students who wear uniforms do not think about wearing certain clothes to impress the opposite sex (Parrish, 1). Students that wear clothes to impress others will focus more on other students and less on school tasks that need to be performed (Parrish, 1). Uniforms can help students realize that your actions are what make you a person and not the clothes that you wear. Uniforms cause students to focus less on clothes that can cause distractions and more on working together because uniforms persuade students to think that what they are doing in school is for the whole society.
On the contrary to uniforms bringing students together, some people believe that students should not be required to wear uniforms because uniforms limit individualism. Wearing uniforms might make some students feel that they are trapped inside a certain type of lifestyle, but students have their whole life to express being an individual. Uniforms may limit a student’s form of self expression to only one form, however school is just temporary process in every student’s career choice (Walsh, 3). During school, students should focus on their school work and not on what someone else is thinking inside their head because what a person wears has nothing to do with the actions that make them a specific person (Walsh, 3). All students should be allowed to explore their desires in life and experience things that give their own life meaning, but while students are in school they should focus on why they need to go to school. School is not a prison where a student can not be an individual. School is a place where students attend to receive a skill that they need in their career. A student can always be themselves outside of school. Uniforms are for eliminating distractions and bringing people together in order to cause students to focus on the skill that he or she needs to learn for their career.
In conclusion, students should be required to wear uniforms in school because it helps students focus more on school and less on matters that do not relate to a student’s education. Students that wear uniforms will feel like they belong to a team when they see other students wearing the same uniforms. Students that do not wear uniforms in school may be provoked to do other things while attending school. There are people who believe that students should not wear uniforms because they limit a student’s individualism, however students are suppose to learn a skill while attending school (Walsh, 3). School is not a prison for students to attend in order to get a job, school is a place wear students should attend to learn a skill that can be used for a career. Uniforms bring students closer together and create a sense of unity among the students which can cause more students to work together in order to achieve a skill.

--Written for a stubborn news professor. He was a tough on the writing work and demanding everybody hand in work on time. There was no exception to it. Everyone had to do their job and work accordingly. He taught the importance of being on time. He taught me the hard way. I will never forget that old man. He gave me a taste of what its like to be a real writer. Its not always easy and fun. Its sometimes about getting to the bottom of things and making sure things work out the way they should. He was one of my professors that taught me how to be a disciplined writer. Also, he taught me you could make a living with it if you you take it seriously.

Title: Should the Atomic Bomb Be Dropped On Hiroshima (1 page article)?

Was the decision to drop the Atomic Bomb on a Japanese city called Hiroshima the right decision? Some people believe bombing the city filled with people who have nothing to do with the war was a mistake. Others agree with the decision to drop the bomb on Hiroshima. Thinking it was necessary to prevent more casualties to United States’s military in World War 2. I personally believe the Atomic Bomb drop on Hiroshima was a huge mistake. The people working in the cities had nothing to do with the events in World War 2. They were human beings like you and me.
The Atomic Bomb’s nuclear force was too much for the citizens of Hiroshima and Nagasaki to endure. It hit Hiroshima and killed thousands of innocent people. The people were regular, nonmilitary, and working people. About 90,000 people were killed in the explosion and about 40,000 people became injured. In addition, the bomb produced a lasting effect of radiation that caused about 250,000 casualties. After the bomb passed up to the sky, bodies of dead people were put in single lines, so they could later be buried into the ground. Building were destroyed. So many of them. They had people stuck in them as well. People who hid for shelter. Due to the fact that many people in Hiroshima and Nagasaki were dying rapidly, people of Japan were starting to lose hope and about to admit defeat. Furthermore, Japan didn't want to lose more people to this highly destructive and poisonous bomb. I would like to add my own take based on the information contained in this paragraph. America has no right to kill people that were not involved in the war. I am highly against the decision to drop the bomb (Kross, 45).
To add to the bad experiences of Hiroshima’s citizens, the Atomic Bomb caused citizens experience an infection. After the bomb hit Hiroshima and killed many people, some became infected with radioactive poisoning that caused mutations. The mutations would make people grow differently. It also caused pregnant women to have abnormal children. To add more to the sadness, these mutations are still affecting people in modern times. At the time, people were going to the hospitals in Hiroshima to seek treatment for their injuries that were directly obtained from the bomb. Many patients at the hospital began to develop a new infection called petechiae. Petechiae, is a disease that cause a person to bleed excessively in certain areas that are in the body. Areas of infection showed a pattern of dots in physical form also. Patients infected with petechiae started to lose pieces of hair on their heads. In addition, patients begin to experience some unknown form of cancer in a very short amount of time. Radioactivity caused the patients to die at the hospital. A small number of patients had minor injuries that were beginning to recover, but these same patients died months later. A blood analysis reported these same  patients to have a new low white blood cell count that was never there before. The injuries that these poor souls endured was all caused by the Atomic Bomb (Malloy, 515).
Something highly destructive happened after the Atomic Bomb was used. Something that should have been avoided for war. Countries started to believe World War 3 will soon occur with nuclear weapons. For example, in 1945 China discovered the Atomic Bomb aftermath on Hiroshima in a local newspaper. A journalist in the Chinese newspaper argued that China needed to develop Atomic Bombs to compete with other countries in future wars. The journalist also argued that Atomic Bombs could win any future war. Rifles were useless at this point. So, China went on a mission to develop their own nuclear bomb. The decision to drop the bomb caused other countries like China to develop more Atomic Bombs. Therefore, any war that might be fought in the future could cause another Hiroshima incident. An incident that might involve killing innocent civilians to have another victory. In my opinion, the Atomic Bomb started a problem where people living in big cities are targeted by nuclear bombs. I strongly believe the Atomic Bomb should have never have been dropped on Hiroshima (Harrison, 101).
More words of my own, the decision to drop the Atomic Bomb has created a terrible strategy for other countries to use. The new way to win a war is to create a Bomb that can destroy cities filled with people. After the cities are destroyed, the country’s government will probably fall because people run the government. Atomic Bombs are very destructive and cause huge amounts of damage to city areas. If too many Atomic Bombs are used, it could cause many government systems to fall rapidly. Once the government systems fall, the orders and control will go right out the window. The decision to drop the Atomic Bomb has now caused other countries to develop this deadly weapon with the intention to win the war by sacrificing innocent people. Why do innocent people need to be sacrificed?
I also think there should of been an alternative to dropping the Atomic Bomb on Hiroshima. I understand, that World War 2 was looking bad for the United States and that United States was losing many American troops to the Japanese. However, I still think they shouldn't get the civilians living in Hiroshima involved. Thousands of innocent people died in a war for what. To fuel United States’s pride or set an example to other countries to fear the United States? In any event, people should not be sacrificed so another war is won by the United States. Wars happen all the time and should not be won with civilians being sacrificed. Only people who volunteer in war should be sacrificed. I hope future countries will learn a different method to do battle wars, or innocent people will continue to be sacrificed. People that didn't deserve it.
On the other opposing point of view, the casualty rates of American troops in World War 2 continued to rise and a decision had to be made. The United States decided to drop the Atomic Bomb on Hiroshima. A debate was occurring in U.S. on whether to drop the bomb or to not drop the bomb. One U.S. politician believed that if U.S. did not drop the Atomic Bomb, thousands of American troops would continue to perish. United States also thought Japan would come back to the islands and try to take them by force. United States has lost many troops in this war and was not sure if the war was going to be won by them. America has won many battles in the past and did not want to lose the battle with Japan in World War 2. For this reason, a decision was made by the U.S. to drop the Atomic Bomb on Hiroshima (Kross, 40).
The U.S. politician that made the decision to drop the Atomic Bomb on Hiroshima was President Harry S. Truman. He believed America should drop the Atomic Bomb on Hiroshima to win the battle in World War 2. The president made a judgment call based on events occurring in World War 2. America’s ally Britain was struggling with the German army for six years and could not aid the U.S. in Japan. The Russians fighting in World War 2 was neutral on the Japanese invasion. Some of America’s other allies in World War 2 were under Germany’s control. To make matters worse, many American soldiers were dying in Okinawa City of Japan. The number of casualties were estimated to be 50,800. America has also lost about 30,000 soldiers during the invasion of D-Day which was for attacking German military. America was losing many troops to the Japanese in World War 2 and the war situation was getting desperate. America did not want to lose the war because many troops were dying and their power structure was on the line. Plus, no one was there to help them.
In conclusion, the decision to drop the Atomic Bomb was a huge mistake. About 90,000 innocent civilians living in Hiroshima were killed in the blast. These civilians included doctors, children, men and women who had nothing to do with World War 2. United States’s politics believed that the decision to drop the Bomb was the right decision but, I highly disagree because people who were not involved in the war were being killed in very large numbers. I understand that United States was losing many soldiers to the Japanese and not getting support from allies, but it still does not give them a right to drop the bomb on Hiroshima. United States was afraid to lose the war to the Japanese and they was afraid of their victory streaks would come to an end. United States wanted to remain in power and become one of the world’s greatest countries. A defeat from Japan would make the United States no longer one of the greatest countries in the world. Fear of losing power drove United States to drop the Atomic Bomb. Fear of losing power, should not decide who is fit to die and who is not fit to die. I believed America made the wrong decision when they decided to drop the Atomic Bomb on Hiroshima. At all possible risks, all of the Atomic Bombs on earth need to be destroyed in order to create a society where man controls the world instead of something else or something much worker than man.
