Artist Contract

This Artist Contract is for all artist who participate with Ultraverse comic book company. Each artist is required to follow the rules and procedures mentioned in this contract. Failure to do so will result in termination or loss in payment. There will be no exception for artist who are unable to follow policies stated in the contract.

Every artist will have top billing on the front cover of each  Ultraverse comic book created. The creator’s name is written first on the front cover of each comic. Artists’ names will be written after the creator’s name of each comic.

Payment will be given when the Ultraverse comic book company makes money. Every time the comic book company sells a comic or promotes comic with ads, the artist will be paid a percentage. The artist will be paid %50 of whatever profit is made. However, if the comic book team for the Ultraverse company is maxed out in job positions, the artist will only be paid %25 of all profits. This payment method is final for Ultraverse comic book company.

The creator of Ultraverse owns all stories, concepts, and characters created by the creator. No artist has the right to claim ownership of stories, concepts, and characters created by the creator. Artists who work for the Ultraverse comic book company, will have ownership of their own concepts, stories, and characters only.

Furthermore, each member of the Ultraverse comic book company will receive a printed copy of what the company creates. Artists are not allowed to make edits to the releases or allowed to release copies of the printed material sent as their own work. Each artist must require permission to release content that belongs to Ultraverse comic book company.

In close, If an artist decides to leave the comic book company, they can leave the company at no ill will. Artists are allowed to leave the company at any time for any reason. However, the artist who decides to quit the company must complete their last assigned art project. This concludes the Artist Contract for Ultraverse comic book company.
