There is always room for human error. But, you must learn from your mistakes. You must learn from them and try to do better. You must not dive into despair. Do things always go according to plan for any business? No, you have to adapt to the little things week to week or you can see things fall a part. Things will fall a part if you don't become good at adapting to the situation. You can not always expect things in business or life to go good. You make bad judgments. You shoot in the wrong bucket. You wrote it wrong. All your mistakes need to be fixed. If you fix your mistakes and admit your faults then you should be good to go.
