I agree, the changes in a company must suit the investors. If the investors do not like the changes. They will not do business with you in the future. They will not also want to give you money anymore. The customer is always right with business. Except for instances that involve not getting paid or not paying enough for the job. The investors must be satisfied in any event. If those investors do not agree with the terms, then you must make the terms more agreeable. Look, you can not force people to give you money. You have to make them think they are getting a good deal. Most of the time, you are going to have to work hard and you got to meat those deadlines. You won't always get a good deal. More often then you think. In the end, make sure the investor is satisfied.
