Don't Pretend to Do Something (philosophy)

Yes, you need proper experience to use a flexible budget. You can not use flexible budget if you do not have something already established. When I say established, I do mean established. You can't say you are something if you are not. You can't say you do something if you are not doing it. I had to learn this the hard way. It took me three years to realize what I was really doing from what I think I am doing. Don't get thinking and doing mixed up. Thinking is you talking in your head. Doing is you trying to accomplish a goal. You go through your trial and error. You go through your failures and then one day you succeed. That's how it goes.
